When we called down to reservations the lady at the desk was very rude as we had a couple questions such as availability for pool time the next day so we decided to wait until morning to deal somebody else as she was very rude. We booked a 2 room suite 1/5/21 for 1 night and were having such a good time we decided to extend our stay another night.
